How do i complete my registration forms?

Please complete all registration forms ONLINE through your child’s account before arriving for Monday morning registration. These forms can be found on your child’s Dashboard under the Forms tab.

The following forms must be completed:

  1. Medical Form
  2. Sign Out Form
  3. Activity Waiver
  4. Camper Profile Sheet
  5. Early Dismissal Form (available at registration if you need to pick up your child earlier than Saturday morning)

When filling out the forms online, ensure you click “Submit”; if the form is not submitted correctly, it will not appear as completed in our system during Monday morning registration.

What if my child has food allergies?

If your camper has any allergies, you MUST include this information on the Camper Profile Sheet. Since Camp Patmos is located on an island, we need to be informed at least one week in advance to make the necessary accommodations.

Our Food Service Team works diligently to accommodate most food allergies and dietary needs. However, if we receive allergy information less than a week before your camper’s arrival, we cannot guarantee a fully planned menu for your child.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your child’s allergies, please feel free to contact the Camp Patmos Office.

How do I make sure my child is housed with their friends?

In our registration system, this is referred to as Cabin Buddies. For a request to be accepted, both campers must request each other. All Cabin Buddy Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance.

How do I see pictures of my camper midweek?

Throughout the week, some pictures will be posted on our Facebook Page, along with Camp Stories on our Instagram Page, so you can follow the week’s activities!

We are also working on a picture distribution system with a password for parents. This will give you access to a full gallery of photos that were not posted on Facebook. Pictures will be uploaded by 10:30 AM each morning, showcasing the previous day’s activities.

How do I contact my camper midweek?

If you’d like to send packages or letters to your child during camp, please bring them to registration on Monday morning. Our staff will collect and distribute mail on the specific day indicated on the letter or package.

  • Be sure to include your camper’s name and the day of the week you want it to be delivered.

If you prefer to email your camper, visit the Email Your Camper page and follow the instructions. Please note:

  • This is a one-way system—your camper can read the emails we print for them, but they will not be able to respond.
  • Emails are printed once a day and delivered at dinner time.

What happens if there is an emergency on the island?

If your child is injured while at camp, we have a nurse on-site 24 hours a day to provide assistance. In the event of a more serious injury:

    • For head injuries or if an ambulance is required, we will call Life Flight to transport your child.
    • If the injury does not require an ambulance, a full-time staff member and another staff member will accompany your camper to a hospital on the mainland, across the ferry.

Our nursing staff will contact you immediately in the event of an injury and will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

My child lost something at camp, what do i do?

If your child loses any items during their week at camp, please contact us by emailing camp@camppatmos.com or calling our office at 419-746-2214. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the lost item. If we find it, you can either arrange to pick it up or have it mailed to you (please note that you will be responsible for the postage).

Most lost and found items will be kept until the end of the summer, after which they will be donated to a thrift store or discarded.

What if I need to cancel my week of camp?

If your camper is unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible for housing purposes by calling 419-746-2214. We will unregister your camper from our system.

Please note that a $100 non-refundable deposit is required for camper registration. If you need to cancel, the remainder of the fee, minus the deposit, will be refunded. The $100 deposit can be transferred to another camper or applied to another week of camp if desired.

What happens with any leftover camp store money?

Any leftover Camp Store money in your child’s account will be returned to them on Saturday morning. Please check with your camper or their cabin counselor on Saturday morning to inquire about any remaining funds. The money will be provided in a white envelope with your camper’s name on it.
